Ellison was excellent technician. He was neat, orderly and efficient. A&E (Sears) support services are terrible. Hopefully they treat their techs better than they treat their customers.

Honest and very thorough

Marlon was committed to the process and stayed the course till I was satisfied that machine worked again 👍🏾. Not too pleased with Sears’ failure to deliver as promised on the initial service day. The inconvenience was inexcusable for a company that has always delivered as promised!
