The technician was wonderful. 5 star. But the Sears service center was horrendous . They ordered a part necessary for repair with an incomplete adress , UPS was unable to deliver. I called SEARS 14 times !!!! Was only able to speak to a representative twice. The first representative told me in English that he had reported the situation and it would take 5 business days for someone to call me despite him having “ escalated “ the situation. Actually he cd not really confirm he had updated the adress and told me I had to wait 4 to 5 business days for someone to call me. After 5 days , no one ever called me. The tracking on package still remained with incomplete adress and undelivered as per UPS. The second representative was in Spanish as I live in PR. He was very rude and condescending , refused to tell me if the adress cd be change and proceeded to dicate the sears policy to me and that I had to WAIT until deliver date to find out. He refused to give me his name when I asked and hung up the phone on me after insulting me by saying that I HAD to be a polite customer and I wasn’t according to him , along with. Other insults I finally had to drive to UPS and pick up the Package myself after waiting 1 1/2 hours in line. Today , the technician called to see if he cd install the piece on my washer I said yes and have to give him adress as Sears had not corrected it despite my multiple calls. I have been with Sears for over 25 years and never again shall I use them. Everything is automatized on call service and when you finally do get a real person in the phone , they pass you from one department to another only to get the rudest person and be insulted. The technitian was awesome, attentive, and answered all my questions. Provided a demonstration of things I can do yo help with maintenance. He was great! Five stars for him!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Customer Service experience was totally awful. They all failed to explain that appointment dates changes were due to parts to be delivered, the system kept sending random text messages making changes without explaining why nor giving me a call to see if I was available. I was left waiting for the technitian 4 times (I lost work hours because of this), and I asked to speak to a supervisor and I am still waiting for that call. Awful. Terrible. Hortible experience. I was at the blink of cancelling the extended warranty because of how horrible this experience was. Sears used to be very efficient. The service was impecable. Not anymore, it seems.

The technician Moises was wonderful and he installed the three parts that have been here for more than 8 days. What was terrible is the service that I have been receiving from Sears. I have the Global warranty and I have been having problems with my refrigerator since February. You are not able to talk to anyone, but I'm a machine that does not solves your problem. I have had confirmed appointments for about seven different dates and no one has shown up. And I pay $60 a month to get this service You need to have a telephone number or an email where we can communicate when you make your confirmations, Somewhere that we can talk to someone.
