I got charged twice for the same repair. The tech had problems processing the charge awith his device and kept running my credit card. About 30 mins after he left I checked my account and the charge showed up twice. I immediately called him back and he never answered.

Sept 29th service?????They never showed up or ever called to reschedule. I called customer service asking and the rep. told me he was sending a message to the technician.......NEVER heard a Word from them and waisted a full day waiting.....I will never buy anything from Sears again. Rating is 0 in customer service.

The parts never arrived and the technician never came to repair my refrigerator. I have to cancel the the repair service petition. I had to pay to a technician to repair my refrigerator.

(Translated by Google) I don't know if it was them or Sears. The refrigerator has had problems since May 2020, that is, 6 months ago. Supposedly they sent the parts that never arrived for 2 consecutive appointments. In September, the technician finally came and changed 2 of the 3 parts because the 3rd never arrived and was damaged after 2 days. It's November 14th and we are still paying for a rented refrigerator because the parts never arrived and it wasn't until November 12th that they called us to notify us that they approved to change the equipment that we also have to wait for pickup and delivery. As for the rental, don't get too excited and prepare your wallet because they will refund you the money, but at the end of it you send them the receipt for them to process it and who knows when the check will arrive. DO NOT buy equipment at Sears. It is not recommended!! (Original) No se si precisamente fueron ellos si fue Sears. La nevera tiene problemas desde mayo 2020, o sea, hacen 6 meses. Supuestamente enviaron las piezas q nunca llegaron para 2 citas consecutivas. En septiembre por fin vino el tecnico cambio 2 de las 3 piezas xq la 3era nunca llego y se daño a las 2 dias. Es noviembre 14 y todavia estamos pagando una nevera en alquiler xq las piezas nunca llegaron y no fue hasta el 12 de noviembre q nos llamaron para notificar q aprobaron cambiar el equipo q tambien hay q esperar x el recogido y entrega. En cuanto al alquiler no se emocionen mucho y prepara el bolsillo xq si te reembolsan el dinero pero al finalizarlo les envias el recibo para q ellos lo procesen y a saber Dios cuando llegue el cheque. NO compren equipos en Sears. No es recomendable!!

Very upset paid for part never received a part. Paid $600+ dollars not part no repair. Very poor service. Looks like I will have to pay again. I will never use Sears again.

* The technicians were great! However, the process of getting two technicians scheduled to go to the house from Sears was the worse part of getting my service. I was bounced about five times on the phone because one department does not do warranty service and the other department does not do no-warranty. This process was very stressful and confusing. I was on the phone for about 1:15 minutes. I will get this process a 1/2 start!!

I have never had a major company act so unprofessional, their communication was really bad & it took 5 months to fix my dryer even though they had my parts in their system for 2.5 months & never told the repair staff, they canceled & rescheduled my appointment at least 20 times, I am very unhappy with their services , Beware !!! Sears in Puerto Rico is a Joke !!!
