Very friendly and knowledgeable of my LG washer’s operation. He showed me an exploded views of the washer’s interior parts and how they work and pointed out a repair needed that I was not aware of. Parts need to be approved by appliance insurance company.

Darrin was friendly, good conversation & explained the problems with our washer. He was very understanding of my husbands hearing loss & made sure my husband could hear him. Also told us what parts needed to be replaced. He ordered them to be delivered to our home. He will return to replace them. It was really a pleasant service call.
