Brad showed up early. Major points awarded for that alone bc when you have a broke appliance it’s harrowing to sit and wait. He was able to diagnose the problem right away, give solid recommendations, and was a pleasure to speak with. I’d recommend him in particular, and will definitely call again should I need a repair!

Jessy was the only bright spot in your company. First we told that the tech would be there on Wednesday the January 24th both my wife and I stayed home to be here for the repair. Your company change our appointment with out confirming it would be ok. I tried to call the company and was not able to talk to a living person about it, only a machine with very little options. The only option was to change, cancel the appointment or update my info this was unacceptable. I'm not sure why the appointment was canceled, if it was because they didn't know if the parts were there, no one ever call to verify. The parts were delivered to my residence on Tuesday January 23. All in all you customer service was a 0 out of 1 to 10. I don't know why anyone like Jessie would work for such a inept company he deserves better.
