Very tired of this company since may 11 come every Saturday and don't fix it nothing DONT BUT THE WARRANTY OF THIS COMPANY IS TRASH COMPANY NOT GOOD

4 times appointment change and still Tech not shows yet to repair my washer. Worst phone service no live person available only virtual dial 1 to 10 for options. Worst company to deal with.

Very bad experience with the Sears services. First time, the appointment was canceled for no reason and without any prior notification, to our dismay. It had to be rescheduled after one week. Second time, the technician kept us waiting the entire day and arrived after 5:00 pm. But the technician couldn’t resolve the issue with the almost new GE range saying that the Assurant Protection plan didn’t cover the replacement of the glass cover that got cracked during cooking. It would cost us $1100/- which is almost twice the price of the range. Myself and my wife are upset and very disappointed with the Sears services. It’s not worth buying the protection plan.
