Benjamin was very courteous and knowledgeable, patiently explained the issues of my freezer that stopped working. Benjamin also was instrumental in obtaining approval/payments from Elite Home Warranty for parts/labor for the job completion. Benjamin explained in a detailed manner to them about the issue and costs that will be incurred. Thank you, Benjamin!!

There were issues with the initial scheduling but once that was sorted, things went smoothly. I was given a more specific arrival window, the tech called me first thing in the morning to touch base, he arrived within the time frame (and I think a little earlier). He helped to diagnose and figure out what happened (luc kily no repair needes at this time), and taught me some things about our fridge, and gave good advice and recommendations.
