When Gary got my service order, his communication was polite and professional, he was on time for the estimated time, and he was thorough and made sound recommendations about the water hose behind my refrigerator. He was able to call the office to clarify my order because AI completely messed it up and I could not contact anybody to get it rectified. If I could be sure that I could get Gary again, I would not hesitate! His work was exceptional and he cleaned up well. Thank you so much, Gary!
