The team was easy to schedule with. I would love to see the appointment window to get tighter than 8 hours and it would be nice to get a 30 min heads up before they do arrive. The two repair folks that came out were super kind and helpful.

They missed the first 2 scheduled appointments but when they did show up , the repairman was very friendly and efficient and fixed the problem very quickly.
