I was lucky to find someone to check out our failing refrigerator on the same day I scheduled a service appointment. He checked it out and told me my options to repair or other. Thanks again for expediting the service call so I can go on from there.

Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. He was also helpful in decision making. We have Choice Home Warranty so there were some extra hoops to jump through, he was also patient with that process. Which I REALLY appreciated!
