Joseph was very kind and courteous, he checked my washing machine and of course it didn't make the noise so he didn't work on or replace anything. My charge was $129 instead of $119 for some reason. He thinks it might be a spring catching, but he didn't have one with him. I had previously told them it was making a bad noise and had added my model # and serial #.

Victor was great. Sears on the other hand are not getting my business again. After almost a month of my parts being delayed, they finally scheduled my oven repair. We had to call and complain first. When the technician finally came, they had not given him the parts required. To get the parts would have cost over $100 more than we had already paid. Again, Victor was terrific and helpful, but sears is not to be trusted.

He never actually touched my washing machine. 2 days in a row after I had to file claims twice in order to schedule through my warranty.the technician claimed that my phone number and address were incorrect. The second time I scheduled I verified my phone number and information to be all correct. Still with the same outcome. He just didn't show up. And if you call Sears home repair you can only speak to an ai. So trying to get things figured out has been almost impossible. I should also mention that 3 months ago my same washer had to be serviced and they were able to find my home then. I have not moved.

The day after scheduling we noticed an old address and called in updating the address to the correct one and verified the contact number was correct. The day of service we were never contacted. Our equipment is still not working.

If i could give negative stars I would. Service material & labor charges are VERY overinflated, the tech flat out lied to get me to sign up for the Sears home warranty & then they charged me $175 to cancel it a few months later (also expensive at $49.99 per month). Contacting Sears home services resulted in discovering the fraud their tech perpetrated in my case. DO NOT trust this company!!!! 10/19/24 update after (and answer to) company response: I have contacted your company multiple times and have spent a couple of hours on the phone being transferred to multiple people with NO HELP whatsoever. All of this accomplished BEFORE I wrote this review to warn people to NOT subscribe to or fall for this home warranty bad practices. There is now a BBB complaint filed.

Their ability to communicate with the customer n regards to what is actually needed is inadequate. They knew exactly what was wrong with our dishwasher and still showed up empty handed and were unable to do anything to address the issue. We were rescheduled 5 times, 5 days of work missed ($1000) and when they finally did show up nothing was even done. I would not recommend this company or LoWes Protection Plans to anyone
