Gregory was great. He called about an hour & a half before the estimated arrival time to let us know he was on time and would be here at the estimated time. He was Right on time!! He was proessional, explained what the issue was, what he was doing to repair it. Gave us the cost up front. Completed the work in about 1 hr. It was our icemaker. Cleaned up after himself. This entire process was seamless. From scheduling the appointment, to the follow up call from Bernie, after scheduling the appointment & Gregory's excellent communication & work. Will use Sears for all my appliance repair!

Josh was excellent. The person who came to fix it in November lied about what was wrong, and lied about the Sears Protect Plan. Your records should tell you who that was.

Got diagnosis and repair scheduled quickly, parts came overnight, and fixed the next day! All for a lot of money! I believe in buying good products and repairing them, rather than throw them away and replacing them with every problem. Dryer is 8 years old and now back to new again, thanks to Kurtis.
