Brian was in and out in under an hour. He removed excess lint from my dryer, found a treasure trove of coins, replaced the heating element, and was delightful and super kind. While I do feel the cost was a bit much, in my opinion the service was worth it (quick fix and I didn't have to leave my house or buy a new dryer) and the dryer should last for another 8 to 10 years. Thank you Brian!
