Very thankful that Sears is still around and that folks like Elbert are still helping homeowners fix their appliances. Elbert was early (without a/c so I didn’t mind one bit) he was courteous, he was efficient. Would 100% recommend!

The Technician showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem within seconds, and fixed it quickly. Very knowledgeable and even gave me printouts on how to fix the problem myself in the future.
