My wife got a text around noon saying the technician would be there around 1:25pm. He finally showed up around 5pm Very disappointed in the customer service, I pay monthly for the warranty service, if you are a paying member, I would have thought you’d get precedence over new or non members, I was told there were no available appointments until June 18th as a paying customer, so I went to the website and used my wife’s name and email and got an appointment next day. As a paying member they’ve cancelled on us twice. We would have been without our dryer for two months with the new parts for the dryer sitting on top. The service technician has always been good and done a good job of fixing appliances. But they need to get their priorities right. Service technician 5 stars Customer service 1 star

Very unorganized staff as well as customer service. It took over a month and a half just to fix my refrigerator. They kept canceling due to the parts not being in. In the meantime, I had already stated that I had all the parts that Was needed to complete the job. They Canceled on me three times without telling me. It was a no call no show I actually had to call and ask them what’s going on. My husband stated If our refrigerator go back out again, we will not be going through our home owners insurance ,we would rather Pay two grand or more for a new refrigerator than to have them come back out to attempt to repair it again.
