Our tech Rennie did a great job. However, the overall process was not handled well. Difficult to communicate needed parts and updates through the application. When Rennie came back second time the problem was fixed due to his trouble shooting during his first visit. Unfortunately, due to no fault of his own, he spent almost an hour filling out paperwork on his phone, that could have been completed after the job by someone else (not a tech). Instead it wasted an hour of time Rennie could have used assisting another customer. The five stars are for Rennie. I give your overall repair process one star.

Rennie got my refrigerator up and running after a very long wait for parts. He kept me informed and cleaned up everything after he was done. He also returned a part that was not needed.
