Appointment was cancelled without notice. The reason may have been severe storms in the area. It was difficult to get human communication. When we did get contact repairs were rescheduled with friendly and helpful repair person .

On the fence, but my washing machine did get fixed.. Technician called and said he'd be to my house between 2:50-3:30. He arrived at 2:00. Okay, no big deal. He asked if the part had arrived (door boot for front loader) I had no idea they even ordered any parts, and had not received any.. I asked why I would need a door boot for a shaking washing machine, and was told it sometimes helps with the shaking (I know nothing about washing machines, but this doesn't sound right to me, and I've looked into it and haven't found anything that says that.. so right there I felt lied to.) I was told once the part came, they would come back, thought that was the end of it. 10 minutes later, I received a call from the tech explaining that they had the wrong service address and I didn't, need any parts and that he was coming back. He came back and was able to find the issue within 2 minutes and fix it. I was only charged for the trip and not for any labor because the fix was so easy and because of the mix up. My washer is fixed, but the experience was not the greatest, not sure I would use them again.
