We’ve had a technician come out and say that there is nothing wrong with our dryer even though it is very loud and sounds like a train rolling in. Joe came in, took the dryer apart, Found the problem, and replaced the part. Leaving us with our quiet dryer again. Thank you, Joe, for taking the time to listen to us, listen to our dryer, and fix the problem. You are a wonderful technician.

although the tech found nothing wrong with my dryer machine, I appreciate the quick service but it’s expensive… I’m glad sears pays the techs for their diagnostics and expected to pay more for that... Tech was professional knowledgeable. I have a better idea of what to check first if it stops heating again… also, sears can schedule techs but ultimately doesn’t have a clue about how long any given call will be or the actual drive times between them… sears updated my time frame and I’m glad I’d just taken the day off. As a service tech, I’m aware that any number of variables can happen to delay service times. In MY home, the tech was thorough, clean and did the thing. In & out! I’m aware this can sound like an SNL skit. 🙄
