August 14, 2024: Alexandro was the Best. He called me courteously 30.minutes before Arrival, as requested and explained the problem with my Dishwasher. He spent good time repairing and cleaning all of it. Very Polite !

Yugen, the technician was excellent. I am very happy with my oven repair. The emails and texts kept me informed ahead of time. Yugen kept me informed about his appointment time. He was quick, clean and efficient. He showed me the result when he finished the repair. I will use Sears Appliance Repair again.
