Straight forward
The quintessential mechanic. He was very knowledgable about the appliance he was to repair among others. He knew exactly what he wanted to rule out and what the other problems could be. He did his best but the oven was beyond saving, as I suspected, and he didn't charge me for anything else. Even though it couldn't be saved, its good to know that and not waste more money.

Mediocre at best
Seems work needed and follow up was accomplished but tech was impolite, seemed bothered by simple questions, and overall impatient. Last tech was much more personable even through the problem wasn't fixed and I never got any invoice/receipt despite many follow ups. I don't think the invoice issue was the fault of tech, but unclear. So far not a great experience overall with Sears.

Waste of Time
Albert showed up in basketball shorts, t-shirt and flip flops. He did not open up anything, or inspect anything, and said he couldn't do any work before I replace the floor (that was damaged due to leaking air handler that I wanted him to repair). I got the impression that he was just finding reasons to avoid doing any work.
