When I called for service the tec. Was here in a week. Seen the problem ordered the parts . Only one part came in when the teck came back 2 weeks later.He recorded the part. It came in 2 weeks . Then the company said they are waiting for the third part. I tried to explain what happened and all the parts are here. Then it took 3 more weeks before tec. made it back to repair my electric range The switch and burner. He was Great and apologetic. I think I will be looking for a another service company. SEARS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE JUST MONEY!
