Lawrence goes above and beyond! He has been to my house 4 times trying to fix my refrigerator- always a parts issue (this is getting ridiculous). He is well versed as a tech and has a lot of knowledge. He is friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with the service provided by the technician today, however the sears home company has horrible customer service.The initial visit was on Feb 25th, 7 or 8 cancellations later and the issue was finally resolved today (July 9th). Do not recommend this company.
