I was really impressed with the Sears virtual scheduling and especially the work that Trever did repairing our dishwasher. He was able to troubleshoot the problem, order the needed part, accept our payment, schedule an appointment to install the part all from his phone. We were kept up to date for appointment times by the efficient Sears system. I could not have been more pleased and will certainly call them again if needed.
