Robert made repair quickly, did a great job!

Steven was our repair person for our riding Lawn Mower. He was very professional and able to identify the issues very quickly. He knows his lawn mowers. Parts arrived within a few day! We were back in business within a day once parts arrived. Sears had some issues with our first appointment needing to be rescheduled and communication during that week was not up to par. The second appointment was on time and much better. I would definitely use them for my future repairs.

My lawn tractor is ten years old. I needed to get the transmission fixed and a few other issues I could no longer fix. The lawn tractor mechanic that Sears sent out was great. Knew how to troubleshoot and knew what to do about what he found. It is running like a clock now and has a nice even cut. Appreciate the good work.

Greg did an absolutely amazing job fixing our dryer. He fixed our washing machine 3 years ago, and he fixed it again January this year. Both times he told me to purchase the warranty and it would save us in the long run. Well he can out today to fix the dryer, and I finally signed up for the warranty. Always great to see a familiar face, thorough workmanship, and in depth communicator. Greg it was great seeing you again, but hopefully the next time we see you will be a few years from now. :) Thanks again

The repairman was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

The cold water was entering the machine in a very thin stream which prevented proper filling. Greg, the tech, diagnosed and corrected the problem in a timely fashion. He also shared how to prevent the problem from reoccurring and how to properly maintain my washing machine.

Heat pump, repaired leak, added freon,technician very perfessional explained what was wrong and what needed to be done.excellent service.
