Robert was excellent in his work. Kept trying until he found the solution. The problem was a digital thermostat and was very difficult to find out how to get it to reset correctly. He was friendly and personable. Will definitely use Sears Appliance Service again whenever we need anything repaired.

“Robert” arrived when he said he would. He was very professional - both in his words and his clothes. He made me feel good about his diagnostics. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a professional large appliance/lawn tractor technician.

Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. The bad part is that you cannot get a replacement valve or the small plastic part that has a leak. So due without ice or replace this 3 year old fridge made in South Korea. Supposedly a Kenmore Elite.
