The repair technician showed up.in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and transparent about the repair. Unfortunately my issue is common for the make and model of the appliance and recurs frequently. I know now what could happen and what my potential costs would be. Overall a very good experience.

The technician is well experienced. The problem was minor. Only a detached hose was causing the vibration. The draining problem was just to set the spin on high because the default was on low causing some amount of water still on the clothes after the washer stops.

The tech was great! However, the first appt was before Christmas. Ordered part got it two days later. Then I get sent a reschedule with no phone call as to why, and then you guys schedule me for January 11, so almost a month without a refrigerator during the holidays was absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable. I was so disappointed in Sears. I have never been treated this badly by Sears that is why I request Sears.
