Our water filter system in our 12-year-old Sears refrigerator. Freezer linen color was completely broken. Our technician was wonderful. Came spotted the problem, ordered the parts and returned to complete the job in less than an hour. I’m ecstatic since the kitchen is done in the linen color that isn’t available anymore in the refrigerator is like new!The right price too. It’s my Christmas present.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable, which made for a quick diagnosis and fast repair. But, he arrived after the nine-hour service window. The scheduling process could be more customer friendly.
