Tim our tech was great and friendly however the call center agent who is not human made several mistakes one being my address, time of repair, and crazy codes 7 times and none were accepted so I quite entering them. Cause I was so frustrated.

Kevin was great and very helpful. I am grateful they were able to get my fridge back up and running. My only issue was the 2 weeks I had to wait for them to be able to send someone over to get my fridge fixed (living out of coolers was a pain, but not the end of the world). But when here he took great care and did a great job and I appreciate it very much.
