Five stars for the technician. He was great. He had to do some troubleshooting but he was prompt and took care of the repair quickly. Fewer stars for the administrative part of the process. Getting a hold of someone for an update was more problematic. I called and would be sent in circles of automated lines. I was able to reach a person on the contractor line who tried to help but that was frustrating. The message never got to who it needed to which resulted in having to reschedule twice.
