Levi was very professional, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and what we can do in the future to keep things running smoothly. He was friendly and chatty, but got right to work and was done in a flash. If I ever needed a repair again, I would trust him to do it with no questions. Skilled tradesmen don't get enough credit for what they do, so I appreciate the quick and easy fix. He even called before he came and gave me a time frame for when he would arrive.
