The work that the repairman, Tim, did seemed excellent. His manner communication and work style were also excellent. The refrigerator itself seems to be humming along and I’m very relieved. HOWEVER it took more than a month for Sears to schedule the appointment that was needed, Dictated by their system to have him come out to diagnose the To wait 30 days or more for the parts to come in and for him to come back. 30 days without a refrigerator is unacceptably long. That was very disappointing: so mixed reviews excellent work, With a system that made it impossible for him to arrive and do his work.
