Joseph was terrific. He kept me informed of when he would arrive and of his progress. He quickly assessed the problem. Unfortunately the issue couldn't be fixed but he was able to clearly explain what the problem was and why it couldn't be fixed. I will use his services for any future appliance work.

As long as I get the r8ght part this time it's all good. But I was the ome who gave the part number needed by my research.why could the techs 3 times order the wrong part that I could confirm, was the wrong size.
