Exceptional service from Alex! My crisis happened on a Friday morning of course with my washing machine and I was sure I couldn’t get service until the following week so when he arrived at 1:30 same day I couldn’t believe it! Thank you Sears Service, thank you Alex!

Not only did Joe fix the ignition on our GE Cafe oven quickly but he made sure everything was working properly and offered advice on self cleaning, was friendly and did some additional testing to make sure everything was in order.
