Last week the repair man was a no show. This week he came much later than originally predicted and although he was friendly and professional he doesn’t feel that what he did will fix my issue because he feels the person who came a month ago misdiagnosed my problem

My final technician was great but he was my 3rd technician…he had to come out twice so all together there were 3 techs 5 visits and a video conference…on top of that my appointments were scheduled for a 8 hour window and changed twice 30 mins before the end of the window…but my final technician got the appliance fixed

I asked him to turn off the clicking noise the refrigerator was making and he said it can’t be done but I know the past technician turned off the clicking noise and I was able to still get water from the refrigerator without the clicking noise. He was too in a rush because he said someone else was waiting for him.

Technician was extremely nice, but problem was not solved. Technician’s exercising of machine did not recreate the leak that was being experienced. After technician left, leak re-occurred with washing of 1st load.

Technician did not seem comfortable nor knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. The dispenser cover wasn’t even removed to diagnose the actual problem. Overall, I was dissatisfied with his demeanor and lack of communication skills. We also expect Sears technicians to arrive in a company vehicle, not their personal car.

The technician didn't complete his job and was very rude. It being a warranty repair it was easy for him to just pass the ticket to another contractor. We are still waiting to have the repair happen.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! They overcharged me and provided a number to call, which DOES NOT provide access to a live person, only recorded messages that lead to nowhere and AI. I am forced to file a claim with my bank to get my money back because of their lack of customer service! How this company still exists is beyond me.
