Mr hung has the worst customer service he came to my home he was rude to my tenant I ddnt have a water hose so he just left the house my tenant thought he was going to the truck to get one but he just was about to leave she caught him getting in his truck she asked what’s going on he just yelled you have to reschedule because you don’t have a hose

1He was kind efficient and polite. He also told me how to fix of this happens UPDATE The fix to my microwave didn't last a week. I don't think it's the fault of the lesson who fixed it. It's just a piece of garbage. I had to have another technician come out. My text said my time frame was 9-1130. I had a doctor's appointment at 1230 so this was fine. The website said 9-12. Cutting it close but doable. Long story short. You can't get a human and when I did she lied and said she'd spoken to Sears to let them know l HAD to leave my home by noon. The automated service said he was coming but had 2 customers before me. The website never updated and l was never contacted. My time got pushed back twice. First they said he'd be the by 2. Then by 4. I only know this because l kept calling. The technician didn't arrive until 3! I guess l was supposed to be thankful he got there before 4. I could have kept my appointment. I could have run my errands. But no, l was stuck at home. I'm never using them again. Not for ANYTHING!

I have been waiting for this appointment for over 5 months and again the guy turned up when I was not there. I have explained that I am unavailable u til a Friday or Saturday. Please rearrange another appointment and I will arrange for off work. Preferably a Fri, Sat or a Monday. I have not used this dishwasher once since I moved I. July this year.

What a waste of time & money. I scheduled an appointment for 10/23/2024. I received a confirmation with a technician's name and an arrival time of 8-11am. I received another text a few hours later, arrival time by 2:30pm. Received another text arrival time by 5pm. By 7pm, I received a text that my appt was rescheduled for 10/29/2024. On 10/29/2024, I received a text arrive time between 8-12pm. Received another text around 1 pm. that my appointment was rescheduled again. I called customer service, and she transferred me to another rep in the scheduling department. I wanted to know why are they waisting my time and money and why keep sending text messages if you know the tech is not showing up. He stated that no tech was available and apologized and promised the tech would be at my home on 10/30/2024. Once again, no one showed up, but this time, instead of assigning a tech, I received a text message stating the tech would contact me when he was on his way. Guess he got lost on his way because he never showed up for the 3rd time. Called customer service again, and that alone can be frustrating because several of their numbers give you an automated voice recording. You need to click on change or update the warranty to speak with anyone about anything. On this day, I spoke with a young lady who stated the truck had broken down, and this is why the tech never showed. She then put me on hold because I wanted to speak with that department and a supervisor. She stated she has left him/her a message to contact me. She stated, "Give him/her at least 24 to 48 hours." So, you want me to wait even longer. This is past ridiculous, unprofessional, and poor customer service. I am in the process of moving forward with a formal complaint, not to mention I pay monthly for a service contract that's not being honored.

The technician appeared to be in a hurry when he arrived for my appointment. He did not explain to me what the issue was to my . He left without giving me a service receipt and did not cut off the unit that wasn't working in the first place. And now I need to make another appointment with a different technician.
