The scheduling of this appointment was difficult Text messages were helpful but miss leading We got canceled once for no parts when the parts were here There is no number to call to straighten this out Calling you call center was painful as i could not understand their words. Need a local number once scheduled Also the call center did not jhave access to the available slots that i could see online her in USA.

Our technician, Kyle, was awesome. He was able to get the parts & replace our glass stove top that was under warranty in a timely fashion. Extremely polite and respectful. Hopefully we don’t have any more issues, but if we do, we know that Kyle will fix it right!
