I wouldn’t recommend sears.. the technician they sent(0604991) didn’t order my part for my stove.. closed out my request… I’m very disappointed with this company and the service they provide..

I do not see 0 star to grade the work. The AC works for 5 minutes, he could have come back right away if you have any number, good customer service or a number to call a person; instead you make us handle everything with the machine. Very poor customer service ever...

Took weeks to months to get the slightest repair done on my washer. Numerous texts, emails and calls but finally fixed today. Not the techs fault but the platform and service factor needs a major overhaul! Wrong parts were ordered, I was rescheduled time and time again without me even knowing

Had an appointment scheduled two weeks out the day of the appointment used sears tracking process it said the tech arrived but I never saw him. Now I have to reschedule and I already have been waiting two weeks for this appointment. There is no way to contact the technician it’s all AI based. Terrible way to run a business. A day of work down the drain waiting on sears.

This is the worse company to deal with regarding any AC issues. Their technicians were so rude and even cut the call on us. Their technicians diagnosis was wrong and the did not even have the patience to do a thorough check. There is no contact number for customer support so it’s difficult to reach anyone for complaints. This is the worse experience I have had with AC repairs
