Sears technician Tanner A kept me informed of his ETA arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the a/c issue and submit to the warranty company, we. Now wait for their approval to continue the repair process, thank you for keeping me informed Mr Tanner A....unfortunately the Choice Home warranty has declined to complete the needed repair claiming it may have been due to a power surge and they will not cover it.
