Way overpriced. No parts needed. Took less than 10 minutes to fix. I could understand if this took alot of time and needed replacement parts but over $300 for latch stuck in closed position and just had to be reset is ridiculous. Will not use again.

Not happy with this service at all. Would not recommend. We have a service contract on our 25 yr old Jennair refrigerator. The icemaker is always a problem. Last week a repairman came out because the icemaker was frosting up and only dispensing crushed ice. He took it apart and defrosted everything. Put it back together and the same afternoon the motor on the icemaker started making a funny noise, not dispensing ice at all. Called back for a technician who came today and told me the problems were not related and I have to pay $129. Then tells me the motor is burnt out and they no longer make the part. My husband googled the part and found it online. Very disappointed.
