Technician was friendly and helpful. I did not like the new system Sears uses for appointment scheduling. They require an 8 hour window which is ridiculous. It used to be 4 hours which was much more acceptable. To require someone to sit at home and wait for a service technician is ridiculous, but I was forced to accept it because I had purchased their protection plan. They need to be more respectful of homeowners time and go back to 4 hours or less time block. This has zero reflection on gentleman who came to my house for my refrigerator issue.

Mixed feelings. The first technician that came out, misdiagnosed the problem with my washer. I decided not to go ahead with the repair as it would have been $700-800 . On reflection I decided to go ahead as it was still cheaper that buying new. The second technician rediagnosed the problem and this time it was much cheaper. The final technician installed the new part and I am delighted to say my washer is working fine now. All in all I am pleased with the outcome. However , I do find it annoying that you don’t get to speak to a real person when you call. It can be frustrating trying to explain to an automated system certain aspects to your individual problem.

Mark was diligent in contacting me before he came despite the wrong information in the service ticket. Gave me an assessment and tried the resolve any issues within my grill. Did tell me to try to by another since this is now 6 years old.

He did a great job. I was a little taken back that he was using my paper towels, ansked me for a bucket and cleaned some parts in our kitchen sink but he was in and out with no problem.
