Rudy was great. But Sears repair is the most disorganized, frustrating company I've ever done business with. Whatever they can get wrong, they get wrong. Thankfully the technician this time was competent and got the job done, but only after Sears screwed up the schedule several times. So done with this service. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for one of their plans - not worth it.
