Jonathan was prompt, pleasant, professional and prepared at his appointment to our home to diagnose our 2016 Kenmore Elite refrigerator/freezer issue of not cooling. Within a few minutes of hooking up his equipment he let us know that the condenser was hard at work but unfortunately he also detected a coolant leak, which is a now-known problem for our fridge’s model manufacturing year. “Unrepairable” was the sad result. We have really enjoyed using this fridge for 7 years without any other issues and are really disappointed that it didn’t last longer! Jonathan also left us with some good pointers for when we shop for a new fridge.
