Repair person was great. He put the new part in and the fridge (hopefully) should start to get colder. Ii was without the use of my fridge for weeks. Very inconvenient. It was set for coldest setting and Temperature would not go lower than 40 degrees. Food spoiled. The process to get my fridge repaired was not pleasant. I had multiple delays due to a part that could not be located and was not always clearly informed as to what was happening. Part was finally found on eBay The staff on the phone have tried to be helpful, but it was very difficult to talk to a real Person and to go through the process. They sometimes seemed to be reading from a script and could not deviate from their instructions. The process of getting it repaired was stressful. I had to keep calling and being forceful and demanding (not how I usually behave). There had to be 2 escalations and marking things as an emergency in order to get the part and fridge fixed. It shouldn’t be this difficult when you’ve paid for a warranty that says they will fix the product or give you a new one.
