The technician was good. He had not been given accurate information to be able to have correct parts with him. It was a waste of time and no repair was performed. Very bad experience… not the repairman’s fault,

My repairman was very careful, efficient and did a great job. Also, he came out to do the work at the promised time in spite of the high temperatures. I really appreciated him getting my washing machine fixed!
