Vonzell was awesome! He repaired our washing machine for another issue a couple of years ago and remember me. I was so happy he was the technician as he did a great job the last time. Vonzell knew exactly what to do and fixed our washing machine in no time flat. Reasonable price too. And he's very personable. Sears is lucky to have him. Decades of experience under his belt. I made the mistake of contacting a local jack of all trades repair person because I thought they'd respond faster than Sears and it was a nightmare. He was young and inexperienced and after two trips to the house, not only was the machine not fixed, he didn't give an estimate for several days later. I didn't feel confident the local repair person could do the job and went to the Kenmore repair website and was surprised I could schedule a Sears technician to come out the next day. Vonzell ended a week and a half of frustration with the inexperienced local repair person. Thank you Vonzell!

Albert was great but getting to him was a real pain in the neck. It’s very hard to find a human being to deal with a problem and I still have a problem in that. I’m being charged for things. I’m not sure I should be charged for I will get back in touch with him as he put as he proposed. Alas, he did not fix the dishwasher. Neither did the technician who came and tried again. And getting hold of anyone online or by phone is a nightmare.
