The technician did a great repair. We are only disappointed that we had to wait 4 weeks for this repair which is a corporate issue. Sears needs to do a better job of turn around time for repair work. In all our 30 years as a client, we have never seen such poor gaps in service.

Stephen H. did an outstanding job repairing my, at least middle age, Craftsman snowblower. On a cold, snowy day he quickly diagnosed the problems(multiple), made the necessary repairs, offered info on how the problems occurred and how they could be avoided in the future. Professional!! Thank you!

I think that he did a good job inspecting the clothes washer. Friendly and professional. He did not pop open the dryer to check the belt, but told me it was probably fine. Gave us some good advice about the refrigerator Since the frame temperature is a little bit elevated.
