John the technician showed up earlier than we possibly thought he went right to work very pleasant understanding and listen to the problems instead of looking at us like crazy took care of the problem very quickly I might add and he made sure everything was clean and straightened out before anything was left and now track for a few minutes and he left and it was one of the best experiences I've had but a Sears technician I've always actually had good service with them but John seem to do a lot of excellence in it so yep I thought he was great.
