My repair man was very good, but Sear’s is price gauging people. They make repairs so expensive it’s not worth fixing.

The repair man was charming but did not do thing to fíx the problem, he came late afternoon, did not open the back of the machine or looked at the timer. The machine still stops after about 10 min. Where are the honest repair men?

Very disappointed with sears home. They guy they sent to me said they don't install but do only repairs. Sears sent a new microwave to me and needed to get it installed. This is an issue that has been going on for several weeks.
