My ice maker was suppose to be repaired in October but no one did not show up. This lady service to install the ice marker was great. They came early and the job was done in no time.

I thought the tech was extremely fast and did not check the washer and dryer as well as previous tech’s had. He was in and out within 20 minutes. He did not move either appliance to check anything in the back or remove the top of the dryer to check the drum belt or look into the washer. I am comparing his visit to previous visits he did the bare minimum

The repair man was able to diagnos the problem. But, I never got an estimate for repair. And he would not take my Sears card to pay for the service call. As of this time my water heater is still leaking and worst than before.

I took off work 2 days. My 1st appointment the technician did not show up. The second appointment was set without my input. I was unable to speak to a live agent after calling 6 different numbers but always going to a bot that didn't have a live agent option.

My appliance remains not working. He did not discard the boxes the parts came in. Prior to arrival my appliance was in new condition and now it’s dented left with front cover off etc…

Said stovetop isn’t covered under warranty and estimated 1200$ for top glass and 1200$ for burners. $2500 to get it fixed by them. Clear attempt to not replace under warranty

Technician lied on report for air conditioning unit to warranty company. Also claimed my AC filters were dirty when he never visually inspected them. Went into my attic and took apart evaporating coil cover never secured or replace the screws that in case the evaporator coil left screws out didn't put nothing back together. Left Parts loose inside condenser unit and wire harness disconnected and laying at the bottom of condenser exposed to the elments and rain. I paid for a separate inspection That confirmed that he lied and did sloppy work And left everything Apart and exposed to elements. Wouldn't have them work on a dog house. General's office .Would leave a zero star, but you are forced to leave one.
