My repair was scheduled for a specific date, my son took the day off to wait for the repairman who never showed up. When I called, the lady I talked to confirmed that we would get someone coming out, I asked my son to call out of work so that we could get the dryer repaired but no one every showed up. We had to go out and purchase a new dryer because missing another work day and plus the he $100 deductible would’ve cost the same as getting a brand new dryer. Sears used to be a reliable company, it is now unreliable. It takes forever to have something repaired See photo of replaced dryer below

Delay in their repair outside of the time that you scheduled me and not notifying me was ridiculous. This is the one reason why you will never get my business again. You should call you should text you should do something but let the customer know that the 8:00 to 12 schedule that you gave wasn't going to be met. Mr Israel was polite and quickly did the work in less 10 minutes.

He was very rude. Didn’t even checkout everything. Came thru the door complaining about what he wasn’t going to do. Wish i could see the report he sent to my warranty company. Never seen a denial so fast

It’s been a month I still have no solution on my refrigerator or stove top. Rescheduled appointments seem to be a habit. This is the 2nd time I’ve been moved now until after Thanksgiving for my cooktop and no call at all regarding my refrigerator which the service tech caused to be taken out of warranty. I need it replaced and no one has called me back. Very poor service.
